Rosie Doane
Executive Director
Originally from Massachusetts, Rosie brings a lifelong commitment to public service, community development, and nonprofit leadership to their role as Executive Director of Skyline Sober Living Network. Rosie earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. Rosie's early career included work with People’s Equal Action and Community Effort, Inc. followed by a role as an Economic Analyst for the City of Syracuse, where he contributed to data-driven policy and economic development initiatives. After relocating to Los Angeles, Rosie worked as an Event Coordinator for PepsiCo’s Sporting Events division through Gatorade.
Rosie later became involved in civic and political organizing, volunteering and working with Congressman Derek Tran in California’s 45th District. Since 2019, Rosie has worked closely with Skyline, helping guide its growth, mission, and community impact. Now, as Executive Director of the nonprofit, he leads strategic planning, partnerships, fundraising, and program expansion — with a focus on building sustainable recovery housing, strengthening accountability, and creating pathways to long-term stability for residents.
Ricky Gilmore
Property Manager
Ricky Gilmore has served as a Program Manager for over a decade, including the past eight years with Skyline Sober Living Network. With more than 11 years in personal recovery, Ricky brings lived experience, compassion, and clinical insight to his role, viewing recovery housing as a vital extension of healthcare and long-term wellness.
He is deeply motivated by the opportunity to help restore and reinvent lives, finding true fulfillment in walking alongside residents on their recovery journeys and sharing insight that inspires growth and accountability. Ricky holds healthcare training certifications including CPR, BLS, ACLS, and Narcan administration, and has pursued extensive medical education, including ASN, BSN, PA-C, and graduate-level studies.
Skyline played a transformative role in Ricky’s own life — providing a clean, safe, sober, and supportive home where he could begin genuine recovery and build lasting camaraderie. Today, he channels that experience into fostering community, encouraging personal and spiritual development, and helping residents build foundations for sustainable recovery.
Outside of his work, Ricky has enjoyed sailing and tennis.
